Description

Zinc sulphate Tabs 20mg is a medification is a mineral that treats or prevents low levels of zinc as it is important for growth and for the development and health of body tissues.

The mineral zinc is present in every part of the body and has a list of functions. Severe deficiency of zinc causes skin lesions, alopecia, diarrhoea, increased susceptibility to infections and failure to thrive in children. Symptoms of less severe deficiency include distorted or absent perceptions of taste and smell, and poor wound healing.

How to Use Zinc Sulphate Tabs 20mg 100s

Use exactly as described on the label or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Take zinc sulphate with a full glass of water.

Take zinc sulphate with food if it upsets your stomach.

Your healthcare provider may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the right/best result. The recommended dietary allowance of zinc sulphate changes with age.

Infants less than months 10mg per day for 14 days.

More than 6 months 20mg per day for 14 days.
