Liquid forms of this product may contain sugar and/or alcohol. Caution is advised if you have diabetes, liver disease, or any other condition that requires you to limit/avoid these substances in your diet.

middle ear infection (acute otitis media) in children,
intestinal infection (shigellosis),
serious lung infection in people with the weakened immune system (pneumocystis carinii pneumonia),
infection of the digestive tract (traveler’s diarrhea in adults).
