PANADOL COLD & FLU 24S

Description

Panadol Cold & Flu 24s caplets provide relief from Major Cold and flu symptoms. It is a non-drowsy formulation for relief. Panadol Cold & Flu Day caplets can be used for:Blocked and runny nose, Headache and body ache, Fever, Sinus and pain relief. They are recommended for the relief of sinus pain and the cold and flu symptoms of fever, pain and nasal congestion.

Do not take Panadol in case of:
You are taking or have taken in the past 2 weeks MOIs (Monoamine oxidase inhibitors).

Take special care with Panadol Cold & Flu Day in case of:

You have been diagnosed with  hepatic or severe renal impairment, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease,phaeochromocytomam enlargment of the prostate, occlusive vascular disease.
Use with caution in patients taking antihypertensive drugs.
You have glutathione depleted states such as sepsis or you have a severe infection as the use of Paracetamol may increase the risk of metabolic acidosis. Signs of metabolic acidosis include:
deep, rapid, difficult breathing
Feeling sick (nausea), being sick (vomiting).

Usage Instructions 
1-2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours up to 4 times a day.
Do not take more than 8 tablets (2000 mg Paracetamol, 800 mg Guaifenesin, 40 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride) in 24 hours.
Minimum dosing interval is 4 hours.
Do not take continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.
Not to be given to children under 12 years .
