OSTEOCERIN TABLETS 10S

Osteocerin tablets 10s contain Glucosamine 750mg, Diacerein 50mg and Methyl Sulfonyl Methane 250mg which are used in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
Glucosamine and Diacerein are proteoglycan synthesis stimulators while Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) is a nutritional supplement. Together, they help in the building of cartilage (the soft tissue around the joints) leading to joint repair. MSM additionally lowers inflammation (swelling) of the joints

Glucosamine is a component of muco-polysaccharides and glycoproteins which are integral parts of cell membrane. Most importantly it is the ground substances of cartilage and contributes to the strength and integrity of joints structures.

When sufficient levels of glucosamine are present, cartilage retains its ability to hold water and act as a shock absorber. Glucosamine plays a role in several areas, for example, constructing nails, skin eyes, bones ligaments, and tendons.

How to use Osteocerin Tablets 10s

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Osteocerin Tablets are to be taken with food.

Dosage 

• 2 tablets to be taken daily with fluid before meal.

Precautions

Osteocerin Tablets 10s are probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
Common side effects are Nausea, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Indigestion, Heartburn, Urine discolouration.
