This medication also reduces pain in the body caused due to fever. You should not consume this tablet if:

You are allergic to this medicine.
You are suffering from a serious liver disorder.
You normally consume more than 3 alcohol beverages per day or have a history of alcoholism

How to use Paracetamol Tabs 100s:

Follow all directions on the product package. If your doctor has prescribed this medication, take it as directed. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Take the tablet, capsule, or liquid form by mouth with or without food. Measure liquid forms of this medication using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.

If you have a single-dose form of this medication, you do not need to measure the dose. The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. Do not increase your dose or take this medication more often than directed. Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve or if it worsens.

They are recommended for the relief of sinus pain and the cold and flu symptoms of fever, pain and nasal congestion. Do not take Panadol in case of: You are taking or have taken in the past 2 weeks MOIs (Monoamine oxidase inhibitors). Take special care with Panadol Cold & Flu Day in case of: You have been diagnosed with hepatic or severe renal impairment, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease,phaeochromocytomam enlargment of the prostate, occlusive vascular disease. Use with caution in patients taking antihypertensive drugs. You have glutathione depleted states such as sepsis or you have a severe infection as the use of Paracetamol may increase the risk of metabolic acidosis. Signs of metabolic acidosis include: deep, rapid, difficult breathing Feeling sick (nausea), being sick (vomiting). Usage Instructions 1-2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours up to 4 times a day. Do not take more than 8 tablets (2000 mg Paracetamol, 800 mg Guaifenesin, 40 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride) in 24 hours. Minimum dosing interval is 4 hours.
