Tacrovate Forte Ointment is used to treat eczema (atopic dermatitis). It works by suppressing the activity of certain immune cells that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) of the skin. This relieves itching and improves rashes in atopic dermatitis. Tacrovate Forte Ointment is used for external use. Melacare cream contains 3 active ingredients namely Tretinoin 0.025% w/w, Hydroquinone 2% w/w, and Mometasone Furoate 0.1% w/w. It is indicated for the gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as melasma, freckles, senile lentigines and other unwanted areas of melanin hyper-pigmenation.

Hydroquinone belongs to the class of skin lightening agents that works by decreasing the amount of melanin (a skin pigment) that is responsible for the darkening of the skin.
Mometasone belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling.
Tretinoin belongs to the class of retinoids (man-made vitamin A) that works by increasing the renewal of skin cells, which helps in the natural exfoliation of the skin’s outer layers.

How to use Melacare Cream 15g This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. In case Tacroz Forte 10 gm comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly. Do not swallow Tacroz 10 gm. In case of accidental swallowing, consult a doctor immediately.
