If you are allergic to Tacroz Forte Ointment 10 gm or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. The discolored (grey-brown) patches occur mostly on the forehead, chin, nose, and cheeks.. It helps in quick skin renewal. It provides relief from redness, swelling and itching. Melacare cream contains 3 active ingredients namely Tretinoin 0.025% w/w, Hydroquinone 2% w/w, and Mometasone Furoate 0.1% w/w. It is indicated for the gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as melasma, freckles, senile lentigines and other unwanted areas of melanin hyper-pigmenation.
